Returns

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible, the item must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition you received it — original packaging included.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and letting you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer but typically post within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't seen a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again — it may already be posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting can take a few days.
  3. Contact your bank directly about processing timelines.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged items vary by location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
